Pittsburgh Thunderbirds Gift Card Terms and Conditions

The Pittsburgh Thunderbirds Gift Card (“Gift Card”) is valid for use on all items listed on the official Pittsburgh Thunderbirds online store at shop.pghthunderbirds.com. Gift Cards cannot be used for any purchases made outside the official online store, including but not limited to third-party platforms such as Ticketmaster, FEVO, or other external vendors. Gift Cards are not valid for game tickets unless those tickets are sold directly on shop.pghthunderbirds.com.

Gift Cards must be redeemed through the official Pittsburgh Thunderbirds online store. They cannot be exchanged for cash or applied to previous purchases. Any remaining balance on the Gift Card can be used for future purchases, but the balance cannot be redeemed for cash, except as required by law.

Gift Cards do not expire and have no maintenance or service fees. However, the Pittsburgh Thunderbirds are not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of the Gift Card. Replacement cards will not be issued. Gift Cards are non-transferable and can only be used by the purchaser or intended recipient.

The Pittsburgh Thunderbirds reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. They also reserve the right to discontinue the sale or use of Gift Cards at any time.
